CREDIT TERMS

Payment for goods supplied by Proboat Ltd. is strictly due within 30 days from end of month (first three orders on proforma only). Overdue accounts will be automatically suspended without notice and orders held until the account is settled. Credit facilities will only be resumed at our discretion. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

RETENTION OF TITLE

Title of all goods supplied by Proboat Ltd. remain with Proboat Ltd. until full payment is received. All promotional displays and dispensers are supplied on loan and remain the property of Proboat Ltd.
